The Product

Does the hood actually stand up by itself?

Yes. The collar uses a weighted internal structure — not wire, not plastic. It holds shape after washing because the structure is the fabric, not a bolted-on gimmick.

What is it made of?

480 gsm heavyweight loopback cotton, mill-sourced. Brushed on the inside, dense on the outside. Heavier than a hoodie, lighter than a jacket.

How do I wash it without ruining the hood?

Cold wash, inside out, hang dry. Never tumble dry. The hood stands up for life if you treat it like you treat your good coat.

What sizes do you carry?

XS through XXL. Sizing runs true; size up only if you want it oversized. Full measurements — chest, length, sleeve, hood height — are on every product page at launch.

How do I reserve a hoodie?

Join the waitlist on the homepage — either by email or by WhatsApp (the WhatsApp tab is instant). Vol. I is sold first come, first served from a limited inaugural run, so the earlier you join, the better your spot in line.

When does Vol. I launch?

28 · 08 · 26, from Melbourne. We’ll email and message everyone on the waitlist the day reservations open for purchase.

Is the waitlist binding?

No. Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line; it is not a pre-order. You confirm and pay on launch day, when we send the link. You can withdraw at any time.

Shipping, Returns, Trust

When will I get it?

Australia: 3–5 business days. International: 7–14 business days. We email a tracking link the day it ships.

Can I return it?

Yes — 30 days, unworn, tags on. We’ll refund the hoodie price. Shipping back is on you unless the item is faulty.

What if the hood stops standing up?

Send it back. If it’s a construction failure, we replace it. If it’s wear-and-tear after years of use, we’ll tell you honestly.

Where are the hoodies made?

We’ve been to the factory floor. We know the people stitching them. Full mill and stitching-partner details are listed inside every garment — transparency, no marketing fog.
