These terms govern your use of the YOUR HONUR website, the Vol. I waitlist, and any communication you have with us via email or WhatsApp. By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms.

1. About us

YOUR HONUR is an apparel brand based in Melbourne, Australia. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operators of the YOUR HONUR brand. References to “you” and “your” refer to the person using the website or the waitlist.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for the inaugural drop of Vol. I — the reversible ultra-heavyweight hoodie. It is not a binding pre-order or a guarantee of stock. By joining you understand that:

• Production for Vol. I is limited to one hundred and fifty (150) units
• Hoodies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis in the order valid reservations are received
• We will contact you on launch day with the link to purchase
• Your reservation does not lock in a price — final pricing is confirmed at launch
• You may withdraw your reservation at any time by replying to the launch email or messaging us on WhatsApp

3. Purchase, payment, and delivery

When the drop opens, completing a purchase will be governed by a separate sale-of-goods contract presented at checkout. Until then, no money changes hands and no purchase obligations apply.

4. Use of the website

You may not:

• Use the site to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s technical operation, security, or integrity
• Use any text, image, or video from the site for commercial purposes without our written consent

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site — the YOUR HONUR name and word mark, the logo, the photography, the technical illustrations, and the website code — is owned by us or used under licence. You receive no rights to that content beyond viewing the site for personal use.

6. Communications

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the brand evolves. The “last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
