When you join the waitlist for Vol. I, you may give us:

• Your email address (Email tab)
• Your mobile number (WhatsApp tab) and the message you choose to send us
• Any name or details you include in conversation with us

We also receive technical information automatically when you visit our site — your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used solely to keep the site running and to understand which sections people read.

2. Why we collect it

• To notify you when the inaugural drop opens for purchase
• To confirm and manage your reservation in the queue
• To respond to direct enquiries you send us
• To improve the website experience

We will not send you marketing emails outside of the launch notification unless you separately opt in.

3. How we store it

Your information is stored in encrypted databases hosted by reputable cloud providers. WhatsApp messages remain inside Meta’s WhatsApp infrastructure and are governed by their privacy terms. Email addresses are stored only for as long as the launch is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Service providers we use to send launch notifications (e.g. email delivery platforms)
• Authorities, where required by law

5. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your reservation and have your record removed

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for site functionality. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We may revise this policy as the brand evolves. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage before they take effect.
