30 days, unworn, packaging intact. Full refund or exchange, your call.

You can return your YOUR HONUR hoodie within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is:

• ·Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• ·Returned with all original packaging intact.
• ·Free of stains, scents, marks, or signs of use.

1. 1.Email returns@yourhonur.com with your order reference and reason for return.
2. 2.We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid label (Australia only).
3. 3.Ship the hoodie back within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. 4.Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Want a different size? We'll swap S for L (or vice versa) at no charge, subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, we refund in full.

Vol. I is a preorder. If you change your mind before we ship (late August 2026), email us — we'll cancel and refund the full amount immediately.

If the garment arrives damaged or defective, we cover it. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is on top of your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
